Yeah you have to open the safe to get the key.
If you wandered around that mansion you would have gotten scraps of paper that had numbers on them.
The 3 numbers make up the combination.
You have to go up the steps, and to the left into a room where there is a safe.
You have to enter the combination quick and without mistakes to open it.
After you get it open youw ill have to fight a boss that is half/half. One half hot and one half cold if I remember correctly (which I probably don't).
After beating him you will get the key to the basement door and some other cool items.

Updates are coming in fast.
It turns out my wife is not yet elegible to get an ID card. She can get her license when I get my real copy of birth certificate and that will happen in about a week when it should come in by mail.
The problem is that she can get some sort of temporary paperwork but the official drivers license will take up to another 6 weeks to get.
Is there still no problem with traveling? I would guess not but again, as the story changes, helpful insight is very much welcome. Thanks!
A valid passport will do just fine.

If she is married before GC and USCIS knows about it, they can deny her petition.
If she marry a H1B guy, she can take H4 visa.
Consult a lawyer to find how to keep her in 'STATUS'.
When she was 19, I applied for her on behalf of me.
She was my dependent.

Simple, Employer got audited and had a denial ! Second almost all software related EB2 PERM/I140 gets audited, if not you are in that 0-5% ;)

Please be positive. What is wrong in signing petition? If you are not convince, don't sign. Please don't discourage others.
These online petitions are useless. Do not sign up for them and waste your time. If you really want to do something for the bill then go and meet your senators and congressmen and talk about the bill and other bills that solve your problems.
Obama or for that matter any senator will never come to petionsonline website and see all fake signatures.

This is all India specific and specific to EB2. I did not add years2006 and 2007 as my PD is in 2005. But I did do it upto dec 2005.
1. You can expect the spill over from EB1 in big way
2. You can expect spillover from EB2 ROW in a big way
This should help clear backlog atleast upto 2004 cases. However the interfiling from EB3 to EB2 could stop the backlog from being reduced.

i dont see any of the above said...:o..how lond does it take for us to receive rn in hand after the checks are cashed...I am starting to worry now.If everybody can see the rn why icant i!:o...The uscis cs is not telling the status...Is there a possiblity of appl rejection even after the checks are cleared.:confused::confused:

My colleague paid $340 recently for renewal of EAD. He was July 2007 AOS filer.

"If you are filing for an extension of your Employment Authorization and your Form I-485, Application for Permanent Residence, was filed before July 30, 2007, then you must pay the $340 filing fee."
So I suggest check with Lawyer.

If i change my status from H1 to F1 until approval of 140 and change status from F1 to H1 will affect my green card process? I heard that once 140 is approved one will get 3 years extension irrespective of status ( i mean on F1 or out of country) . Please clarify

Get back on H1b ASAP and do not wait for the Appeal decision. Have them file for a CP H1b approval if not EOS and get a visa and return back on H1b. Your EAD is invalid and you need $$$ to fight a case and remain in status.

But I guess I'm still hung up on the "suggestion" (not rule, I suppose) to have more space in the direction the subject is heading or looking than to the rear of him/her/it - especially also not to center the subject. So, I'd still crop it the same, but I should have indicated better what I was thinking (not a tight crop, which is probably what it sounded like I meant).

Generating receipt may take 7-8 days but if they open it
Monday June 25th they may reject it saying its not current .... ??
That rejection will probably come back after 7 days too :-)
Interesting question. Since they are taking 8-10 days or more to generate receipts perhaps we can send papers in now and hope they generate a receipt in the first week of July.
