i would consider ~6-8 posts a day very active which is what i hit last summer for a while :o.

Yes, we of the negative blood community try to help out, especially as our blood is more rare. I'll be once again ready to give my my A- blood this month, but I must ask, how long has MacRumors been supporting blood drives and where did the relationship come from?

If I get the new iPod Shuffle 2G with old headphones, i'm sending it right back. That is one of the reasons I bought the Shuffle. Instead of spending $29 for some headphones I spent $50 dollars more and got a shuffle...:(

On average, 1956300 shares of RIM.TO exchange hands on a given day and today's volume is recorded at 8273998. The shares are currently trading below the 50-day and 200-day moving averages which indicates that the shares have been experiencing downward momemtum. The stock may bounce back to test the 200-day moving average. Thus, you may want to pay close attention for a move up to the $55.63 area but be careful because the stock may face selling pressure at this level.

They're not making a profit by any means. Since it seems the Marshalls that had them had only 5 or so, it's just a way to get you in the store. The real investigation might be a bait and switch kind of thing. Although there was only bait. But at what point is the advertising side illegal? What if they only had one for sale and took out huge billboard ads? Obviously the purchase of one iPad and one billboard would be cheap advertising to get lots of people in the store hoping to get a cheap iPad.
There are no print ads. Thus its extremely difficult to accuse someone of bait and switch. Sites like macrumors and slickdeals are doing all of TJ Maxx's advertising for them. Brilliant.

Sadly it's not listed as fair use. I don't like having to carry around EVERY disc when I can compress my movies to my hard drive.

I agree on the copying for own use. You should not be limited on something you have purchased. But you put 'profit' at the end of your 'list' that to me means you also sell the copies. That is what I and the movie studios do not agree with. Hence all this red tape crap with music and movie downloads.

-Option for map storage on local machine, all or just a user-specified area even temporarily
-Live Turn By Turn directions w/ optional audio interactivity
-High contrast color option
-Eliminate highways & toll roads options
-Bike & foot paths
-Bus routes
-Weather overlay
-Street View Fly thru previews
-View options, with intelligent default zoom levels & levels of detail:
---Zoom to fit where you are and your destination with total trip info, and zoom in live as the two points get closer together
---Zoom to fit where you are and where your next turn or two is going to be, and zoom in live as the two points get closer together

I am looking to use (2) Airport Expresses going to a multi zone amplifier to power (2) sets of speakers in the yard. Is it possible to use the AirPlay feature from the iPod Touch to send audio to both the Expresses at the same time so they are synced? I figure this way I would get audio level control to both zones on the iTouch.

Also gauge the project on how much the client is prepared to pay, it might be a cheap but open the door to many other good clients or it could be an expensive one off with little benefit for you.
